 Secret family recipes
Hi everyone,
I thought we could share some of our 'secret family recipes'. Whether they have been handed down from your Mother, or your Mother's Mother and so on. No secret is too big or small here.
I'm always keen to try out new ingredients and ideas so if you don't mind sharing your 'secrets' post them here so we can all enjoy too :-)
Here is a marinade that my family has been using for years with many different fish dishes:
Mix some dark brown soft sugar with the high quality olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce and sherry.
Simply pour over the fish and leave in the fridge for 30 mins.
