Sounds like something you have to either be pregnant for or something for the end of a drinking night. :lol:
Back in the days of our Chancelllor Helmut Kohl "Pfälzer Saumagen" (a regional specialty from his home in the Pfalz) was very famous. Don't think it made anyone eat it though...

Sabs the mitraillette reminds me a little of the Frito burgers we do here. It's a regular cheeseburger served open face with pinto beans, chili con carne, Fritos corn chips and cheese on top...very carb intense, too many calories and absolutely wonderful!

Pinto are beans that are sprinkled in dark red on white. The name - I think - comes from the spotted pinto horses. In German they are "Wachtelbohnen"...

Sabs, The frites sandwich looked good to me, although way to much!! I like to make an egg sandwich with some fried potato rounds on it.
