Just noticed on the chit chat thread that some of you lovely people have posted what you are cooking,so i thought it would be quite a good idea to have a seperate thread,as i think it would be interesting to see what kind of food we like to cook especially as there is many of us from different parts of the world and how according to the climate and seasons what we are cooking.

So tonight i am cooking fish pie with a few veggies on the side It is starting to get cold in the UK now so starting to cook more hearty comfort food at the moment.

I love Italian rustic foods... nothing better than a great meal that looks home made but tastes fantastic - so generally, when I cook, that's what i do

Tonight's main meal was lamb and chicken madras, using leftover cooked meat from two roasts over the weekend . And I've just finished making a batch of Pina Colada white chocolate truffles

Lol...in Surrey, not too far away . The Pina Colada truffles will join the Black Forest batch I made last night

my nan still lives up that end.. Surrey is a very nice area, the only problem is house prices, so if I ever won the lottery, guess where I would move to lol
