Hi, thanks. I’m 19. I’m a complete disaster in the kitchen, as it usually happens with us blokes, so I though I’d take part to some cookery forums. Will that prevent me from being banned from the kitchen again?

Thumbs up Re: Newbie

Last time I did that I transformed pasta into
glue and it had happened before with rice as well…
… my flatmates banned me from the cooker!
But today I’ve bought an alarm clock to use in the
kitchen only; that will solve the problem, won’t it?

Well it all depends on how long you set the timer for there's no point in setting it to go off after 15mins when your pasta should only take 8 mins

Yes, that’s why I bought a “kitchen alarm clock”!
Edit: hahah! Hopefully I’ll manage to set it right!

Hi everyone,

I am also relatively new to this forum, although I have read it for quite a while, it is now time to join the discussions. I really love cooking as well as mostly wine to go with the meal.

Welcome Renearnold!

Does anyone know how do you upload an avatar?
I’ve tried to upload this

in both ways but it doesn’t take it.
Any suggestions?
