Default 2 Star Cook

Hey Guys!
Have been working the last 6 years in 2 michelin star restaurants and now going it solo! Visit the website (on my profile) for more details and videos too. Now hosting dinner parties, it's a quirky and scientific approach to food with total interaction. Even includes a cookery day.

Hello, I have a question, I have got a recipe
for Devil's Food Cake, one of the ingredients is red food colouring what difference will it make by putting it in as it is basically a chocolate cake you are not going to see it?

Cindy, Red food coloring will just make the cake a darker and richer brown color. You don't have to use it. It will not change the taste one bit.
