Default Dough failure

Helo all,

I have just tried my first food processor dough. I have a Cuisinart MP14N. I made 8 bread rolls, I only had half of them rise. I noticed that when the machine was kneading, it formed a column of dough. Do you think the problem was caused by only the bottom portion being in contact with the metal dough blade? I have made bread many times in the past, the manual way with no problems.

Cheers

Phil
