Default My husband has written a recipe booklet

Hi,
I'm proud of my husband as he wrote a little guide to help a friend of mine to increase her range and confidence in the kitchen as it gave him a break from job hunting as he is a technical author caught out by the current climate.
So being the person he is he wrote her a 50 page guide.
She was so pleased she pushed him to put it on a little site so anyone could benefit from it so he did.
A link can be found in my 'Introduce Yourself' post that someone kindly put up.
I'm very proud and how he learned to design, plan, photo and produce it all in a month defeats me.
But I hope people can enjoy his recipes. Take it for what it is though, simple and basic to help a friend.
Kaz
(mods if this oversteps any rules please advise and I'll delete it, but I just want to share his recipes)
