Do you think you drink the right amount?

I think that i need to drink about a 2 glass more a day.

i know i don't, but i don't know why to be honest, i have no problems with water, i guess i just find it bland

I try and drink 8 glasses a day. Sometimes it's easy and sometimes it is very hard. Simon, good luck increasing your water intake!

Youre meant to drink 8 glasses i dont know if i stick to it. I feel hydrated though so personally I dont think it matters as long as you feel okay.

I honestly dont know, im sure it must count in some way after all there is water present. Same with the water in the alcohol too

Check the colour of your urine, if it is quite dark you need to drink more fluids. i.e water.
