As choclate seems to be most peoples favourite pudding ingredient,i thought it would be a good idea to start a thread dedicated to it.
White Choclate Mousse:
100 grams good quality white choclate
150 ml double cream
1 egg white
2 tbs grated dark choclate(garnish)
Method:
Place the choclate in a bowl over some simmering water and melt slowly.
Give the choclate a stir and leave to cool for a few mins.
Whisk the cream until soft peaks form.
Whisk the egg white until soft peaks form.
Pour the choclate into the cream and gently stir.
Fold the egg white into the mixture.
Spoon into either nice glasses or cups and sprinkle the grated choclate over.
Chill for about 2 hours.
Serves 4 or 2 greedy people
