grease 8cmx26cm bar tin line base and sides with baking paper;
Instructions:
1.combine marshmallows,butter and water in a pan stir over low heat until marshmallows have melted
2. Remove from heat stir in chocolate and essence; when chocolate has melted, mix in nuts .
3. quickly pour into tin cool, cover and put in fridge till firm.If you like white chocolate better just substitute white chocolate for milk chocolate once cool cut into slices or squares
