Ingredients:
1. Mushroom
2. Rice
3. Marinated Chicken
4. Chinese Sausage
(Just put salt if you allergy to "seafood")
Original Recipe (from newspaper):
1. Cut chinese sausage into pieces.
2. Fry the chinese sausage.
3. Cut the chicken into small slices.
4. Marinate with pepper (no need too much), oyster sauce.
5. Wash rice.
6. Mix the chicken into rice and put into rice cooker.
7. When it almost done, put in chinese sausage.
(Dun forget to stir the porridge during the whole process of cooking).
My lazy recipe:
1. Cut chinese sausage into pieces.
2. Fry the chinese sausage.
3. Cut the chicken into small slices.
4. Marinate with pepper (no need too much), oyster sauce.
5. Fill in rice cooker with water, then put the plate filled with chinese sausage and chicken on top of the rice cooker and cover it.
6. After thirty minutes, the chinese sausage and chicken are ready.
7. Take out cold rice from fridge (I always cook more rice in previous day, so i can store some cold rice).
8. Fill in frying pan with water, then put the cold rice inside and cook.
9. When the porridge almost ready, put in chinese sausage and chicken, and a little bit of salt.
Look complicated, but it is very easy, no need waste so much time, no need wash so many plates =p
